I received a cheque in the mail yesterday...

It was issued by Citibank of New York, USA on behalf of investment brokerage firm Charles Schwab & Co. Ltd. The amount is for $2, 999.35 USD.

I don't know why someone would be sending me so much money - especially the US. Also, the signature looks suspicious. I've yet to get through to Citibank's automated cheque verification system - it keeps hanging up on me.

Has anyone else received a similar cheque? I find this very odd indeed.

i received also today. Dont know what to do. Did u get money? i thought i win some lottery or so. Could u tell me what to do.
