If I pay this fee at the airport can I get it back? Comment #1 anti-fraud from usa - You will never get any money back. There are no yorkies, monkeys or any other animal being sent from Cameroon. Comment #2 cheryl marko from london, ontario , canada - i answered an ad for a free yorkie...not realizing where they were from....he wanted 500.00 to ship it to me...i declined told them i could only send them 250.00 so stupid me did...then i got a email from the duoala internation airport saying that i have a puppy waiting to be shipped to me but i would have to pay another 630.00 for international insurance and that i would get the money refunded to me when the puppy arrived...i replied back to the person and told him he would have to put the money up front and when the puppy was sent to me then he would get his money back......wow im glad i found this site and i wasnt stupid enough to send the money..i just wish i could find a way to get my money back that i sent him...thank god i kept all his emails too so beware no puppies in cameroon Comment #3 cheryl marko from london, ontario , canada - im looking for a yorkie for me and the kids i have answered about 10 ads for yorkies and teacup yorkies and 8 out of 10 of them have told me they are from cameroon and will have to ship the puppy so be very leary always ask there location first Comment #4 Bubba from deep in your mind - Some don't tell you they are in Cameroon.... if you are paying by Western Union you are not getting anything in return. Comment #5 cheryl marko from london, ontario , canada - i also found out today i was reading a website and they said that the best way to pay for anything is usually paypal cause they will give your money back if you didnt get the item you purchased not like western union who wont do that Comment #6 hseaton from sacramento - My mom, sister and I were about to do something we would regret. I began some research because something about these pet venders didnt sound legit. I didnt know where the location was at so i searched on the web that CAMEROON is in west africa. some lady said that she joined the peace corp and wouldnt b able to take care of the yorkie pup. So we kept searchin for other sellers and we found another one who was sellin 2 pups theres "free" but u had to pay the shipping. We waited for both emails.. the first was doin the shipping for 80 dollars then the second for the two pups were doin it for 110dollars. then when i matched the emails up together.. the way they wrote their emails was totally similar. Comment #7 hseaton from sacramento - also watch out if they say they are in the peace corps because their is no such thing as that over there.. beware. Comment #8 Mom Deome from - I almost made a huge mistake in trusting the whole "cheap teacup yorkie from Cameroon" scam. I only knew it was a scam when i found THIS website and saw the posts. Its a good thing I research things before I decide. And I thank everyone for posting these statements. It saved me. The lady told me her son is sick and they can't take care of their 2 yorkie pups and that i only had to pay $235. Which was supposed to get the pup i wanted shipped over here from Cameroon. And like most of you, she asked my location before anything. her email was l.zita12@yahoo.com Please whoever else reads these posts, be aware of this scam and don't fall for it.It IS a scam and not a single bit of it is true. I feel really bad for the ones who have already found out the hard way. Like most said, you should always see the pup before you purchase it. Thanks again you guys. =) • Page 1 (Original Post) •
